Individuals with these conditions often face reduced mental well-being; however, this is not always or necessarily the case.

Mental health first aiders are trained and certified individuals who volunteer to provide support to family members, friends, or colleagues experiencing mental health challenges. They undergo a recognized Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course, which prepares them with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify critical warning signs of mental health issues and respond effectively.
